Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing and using the recruitment posting services on Work Engine’s website (hereinafter referred to as "WE Jobs Website") owned by Work Engine Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
By accessing and using the WE Jobs Website, you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Customer," unless the context requires otherwise) accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the regulations for using services on the WE Jobs Website.

jobs.workengine.jp is an Internet-based website designed to allow users to post job announcements and/or view jobs posted by other users, as well as interact with other users. jobs.workengine.jp is owned and operated by the Company. The WE Jobs Website contains and may contain information, news, opinions, text, graphics, links, digital artwork, animations, sound, video, software, photos, music, sound effects, and other content and data (collectively referred to as "content") that are formatted, organized, and collected in various forms accessible to users, including directories, databases, and interactive sections where users can post job advertisements, upload multimedia files, register user profiles, and create self-published profiles ("interactive areas").
To fully utilize the services on the WE Jobs Website, you need to register an account and provide certain personal information, including but not limited to an email address for communication between you, the WE Jobs Website, and other users. By registering, you agree to receive notifications, emails, messages, calls, or other communications about WE Jobs Website’s products and services. If the law imposes any restrictions on this and allows for alternative agreements, you agree with the Company that such restrictions will not apply. If at any time you no longer wish to receive these notifications and/or emails or want to change the information you receive, you can notify the WE Jobs Website through the available function on the website or via the unsubscribe link in emails from the WE Jobs Website. Your personal information will be securely stored and processed according to the Privacy Policy of the WE Jobs Website.
You may purchase services or products at the prices set by the WE Jobs Website (for paid services), and your purchase is subject to full or partial acceptance of these purchase conditions by the WE Jobs Website. This acceptance becomes binding only when you have completed payment or when your payment information has been verified.
The Company reserves the right to change the services, products, pricing structures, and other related policies of the WE Jobs Website at any time without prior notice if deemed appropriate.
The Company also reserves the right to refuse service to individuals or organizations that, according to legal regulations or the Company’s sole discretion:
Engage in the same field of business as the Company, including but not limited to job recruitment services through websites, e-commerce applications for sales and/or e-commerce service platforms; operate or manage recruitment-related websites or applications that compete with the Company’s platform; exploit or use information provided by the Company’s services for purposes other than recruitment for themselves; or offer products and services that compete with Work Engine’s existing services.
If the Company has already provided services to you and/or your company but later discovers that you and/or your company fall into the categories mentioned above, the Company may, at its discretion:
a. Terminate service provision and notify the Customer.
b. Remove all posted job listings (if any).
c. Remove or disable the WE Jobs Website account if deemed necessary.
d. Refund any payments made (if applicable) corresponding to the unused portion of the service.
a) Once you have paid the Service Fee and/or activated the purchased Services, we do not accept any requests for suspension or cancellation of the purchased Services, refunds, or service changes.
b) You will create an account with a password to use the services on the WE Jobs Website.
c) You may post job information and/or provide links to your own website’s job listings, taking full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the content. However, you are not allowed to include email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, or any other contact information in job postings.
d) You must activate the purchased Services within the usage period. Any unactivated Services will become invalid after the expiration period.
e) If we fail to correct an intentional mistake within seven (7) business days after receiving a written reminder of the violation, we will refund the Service Fee corresponding to the unused portion of the service per the order/service contract agreement.
Accessing the Website (jobs.workengine.jp). You are responsible for providing all necessary hardware, software, telephone, or other communication devices and/or Internet services required to connect to and access the WE Jobs Website. You are also responsible for paying any Internet access fees, telephone charges, or other costs incurred while connecting to the Internet and accessing the WE Jobs Website.
User Responsibilities. When using Work Engine's services and accessing the WE Jobs Website, you fully acknowledge the following prohibitions:
a) Opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, undermining national unity, spreading misinformation, inciting or providing information that opposes the Vietnamese government;
b) Inciting violence, promoting wars of aggression, fostering hatred between ethnic groups and nations, encouraging obscenity, depravity, crime, social evils, superstitions, or undermining national customs and traditions;
c) Disclosing state secrets, military, security, economic, diplomatic, or other legally protected secrets;
d) Distorting, defaming, or insulting the reputation of organizations, the honor, dignity, or credibility of individuals;
e) Advertising or promoting goods and services that are legally prohibited;
f) Discussing political or religious issues;
g) Using vulgar language that violates Vietnamese ethical traditions;
h) Restricting or preventing other users from using and benefiting from interactive features;
i) Sending or transmitting illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, offensive, or any inappropriate information, including but not limited to spreading news that contributes to or encourages criminal behavior, creates civil liability, or violates local, national, or international laws;
j) Sending or transmitting any information, software, or other materials that infringe on the rights of others, including materials that violate privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without the owner's or rightful holder’s consent;
k) Sending or transmitting any information, software, or materials containing viruses or other harmful components;
l) Altering, damaging, or deleting any content or media that you do not own, or interfering with others' access to the WE Jobs Website;
m) Disrupting normal communication flow in an interactive area;
n) Falsely claiming affiliation with or speaking on behalf of a company, association, institution, or organization without authorization;
o) Conducting cyber-attacks, cyberterrorism, cyberespionage, or cybercrimes; causing incidents, attacks, intrusions, control takeovers, misrepresentation, disruption, paralysis, or destruction of information systems;
p) Using the WE Jobs Website for illegal purposes, including but not limited to violating any rules, policies, or guidelines set by your Internet service provider or any online services.
Mass and Automated Account Registration. Accounts that are automatically and/or systematically registered in large numbers, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion, will be considered violations and will be subject to penalties as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Improper Use of the Website. Any misuse and/or deviation from the intended purpose of the WE Jobs Website—such as recruitment or job searching—will be considered a violation and subject to penalties under these Terms and Conditions.
Harassment of Other Users. The Company aims to create a free and healthy environment for recruitment and job searching. When using the WE Jobs Website, you should carefully consider the content you post in interactive areas and your responses to other users. If the Company receives reports of harassment (including but not limited to threats, posting meaningless content or random strings of characters/words unrelated to the interaction, spamming, using deceptive practices for attention or commercial marketing), the Company has the right to immediately suspend services without prior notice or refund while investigating and handling the violation under these Terms and Conditions.
Requesting Job Applicants to Pay Fees. The Company does not charge applicants for job applications. Employers requesting applicants to pay fees is strictly prohibited under Vietnamese law. You must comply with this regulation. If there are specific cases where applicants must pay legally permissible costs (e.g., visa processing fees, work permits, vocational training fees, etc.), these costs must be transparently disclosed in the job posting. If the Company discovers or receives reports of unauthorized payment requests, it has the right to immediately suspend related services without notice or refund and investigate the violation under these Terms and Conditions.
Reporting Violations. If you believe any user behavior violates these Terms and Conditions, you may report it to us for review.
Interactive Areas.
You acknowledge that the WE Jobs Website may contain various interactive areas, including job postings. These areas allow feedback and real-time interactions between users. You understand that the WE Jobs Website does not control messages, information, or files distributed in these interactive areas. While WE Jobs may provide users the ability to create and manage interactive areas, neither the Company, its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, contractors, nor agents are responsible for content within these interactive areas.
Your use and/or management of an interactive area are governed by this Agreement and any additional rules or operational procedures established by you or other users. You acknowledge that WE Jobs does not pre-screen information. Furthermore, since WE Jobs encourages open and unbiased communication in interactive areas, it cannot pre-determine the accuracy or appropriateness of content posted in these areas.
However, you agree that WE Jobs has the right to monitor all interactive areas, disclose information as required by law or government requests, or protect itself and other users. If inappropriate content is reported, WE Jobs may investigate and determine whether to remove it. WE Jobs reserves the right to prohibit actions, messages, or content in interactive areas or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content it deems (1) in violation of these Terms and Conditions, (2) harmful to the rights of users, WE Jobs, or third parties, (3) illegal, or (4) otherwise inappropriate.
V. Intellectual Property Rights
Website Content (jobs.workengine.jp).
You acknowledge that the Work Engine Website provides access to copyrighted content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”). These rights are valid and protected across all media formats, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your use of the content is subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
You agree and acknowledge that all content on the Work Engine Website, including but not limited to resumes, is the exclusive intellectual property of the WE Jobs Website. You may not modify, copy, distribute, publish, create derivative works, display, transmit, or exploit any part of the content for commercial purposes. However, you may:
Any authorized copies must retain all Intellectual Property Rights notices and source references to “jobs.workengine.jp” and its URL. Unauthorized commercial use of the content is considered a violation and will be handled according to applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
User-Provided Content.
You may only upload, transmit, publish, or distribute content on the WE Jobs Website that you own or have explicit permission to distribute. Any content posted must include a copyright statement such as “Copyright owned by [owner’s name]; used with permission.” By submitting content, you grant WE Jobs and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content worldwide.
You must comply with the Order Form, Service Contract, and these Terms & Conditions as a prerequisite for using the Services. If you violate any provisions, we reserve the right to remove your job postings, content, or links, disable your account if necessary, and suspend or terminate services without refunding any service fees. We may also require compensation for damages or losses resulting from your violation.
You agree to indemnify WE Jobs, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any liabilities, claims, or costs—including reasonable legal fees—arising from your violation of this Agreement, any other policy, or your use of the WE Jobs Website.
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding services, transactions, and any collected information. You must prevent unauthorized copying or use of job postings or applicant information. You are also responsible for securing your account and password and using them strictly for recruitment purposes.
